30+ members of SSMC plus Jim’s family and friends joined for a memorial hike up the Ammonoosuc Ravine trail on Mt. Washington on June 8th. Jim was the essence of a Summit Sensations trip leader; unique, knowledgeable, strong, safe, and most importantly, fun! We scattered his ashes at the summit of Mt. Washington. While Jim has left us, his spirit will forever be present in our hearts and amongst the hills and dales of our beloved White Mountains. We will all miss his joy and pioneering spirit.
